Black Friday VDO Operating Hours

As we prepare for the Black Friday campaign, please take note of our operating hours and important guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all VDO hubs.

Guidelines:

1. Kindly pick up your return items before shipping your items to ensure there’s enough space to accommodate your shipped orders.
2. Please ensure you arrive at the drop-off station at least 1 hour before closing time.
3. If you have more than 5 packages, kindly endeavour to be at the hub early enough to ensure all packages are shipped before the closing time.
4. Self-drop-off stations are available at all VDO hubs for eligible vendors.
   – Scanning of invoices without dropping off the item(s) is prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent delisting of your store(s) 
5. For an excellent delivery success rate, please ship your orders swiftly – we advise within 24 hours.
6. To expedite the drop-off process for you and other vendors,  please ensure your packaging materials and invoices are prepared and ready before checking in at the waiting room.
