The Requirements of selling on Jumia
For Companies or Registered Businesses
- A copy of the business owner's National ID card.
- A valid CAC certification including (Form 2 & 7) or (Status Report) or (Mermart & CAC 1.1).
- A valid TIN Cerfificate and Number.
- Bank account in the name of the establishment and bank account number.
- Stamped reference letter or 1 Day statement of account. that includes the NUBAN Number.
For Individuals
- A valid copy of the national ID card
- Bank account name and number
- Stamped reference letter or 1 Day statement of account. that includes the NUBAN Number.
Bank Reference Letter Requirements:
Please ensure the following essential information is included in the bank reference letter:
- Confirm the name of the account holder (for individuals) / company name (for businesses) must match your bank account in your Marketplace store on Seller Center or Vendor Center.
- Account number.
- The letter should be stamped by the bank.
