How to manage your orders
Jumia simplified the incoming order management process for you: From the moment you receive your order, till the delivery of your product to JUMIA’s representative in a few easy steps
How to know you have new orders to deliver?
A: Connect to your Vendor Center account, and click on: Orders → Manage Orders
B: You will find all your new orders in the “Pending” Orders section.
How can you prepare your order?
A: First, select the checkbox for the order you wish to prepare. Set its status to “Ready to ship”, then click on “Execute”.
B: Then choose the drop off center (VDO) and click on “Confirm Shipping and move to next”
C: Click on “Order Actions”, then “Print shipping labels” to print the documents you will need.
Once you print these documents, click on “Ready to ship”
