You can now delete payment instruments directly from Vendor Center, giving you greater control and flexibility over your payout details. This makes it easier to keep your payment information accurate and organized.
What’s New
A new delete option is now available under your Payment Instruments settings in Vendor Center, allowing you to remove any payment instruments you no longer use — ensuring only active and relevant payment methods remain on your account.
Important Rules Before Deleting
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted payout operations, please note the following:
- Preferred Payment Instrument: If the payment instrument is currently set as your preferred method, you must first select a different preferred instrument before deletion is allowed.
- Payout in Progress: If the payment instrument is linked to a payout that is currently being processed, deletion will not be permitted until that payout is completed.
Why This Matters
This update is designed to:
- Make it easy to remove unused or outdated payment instruments
- Ensure your payout processing continues without interruption
- Reduce manual intervention and the risk of errors
- Improve your overall operational efficiency on the platform
Where to Find It
Navigate to Vendor Center → Payment Instruments Settings. You will find a new Delete option available directly on your listed payment instruments.
